Emoticons are the combination of the word "emotion” and “icon". This means Emoticons are icons that are being used to express the emotions of a written statement. It helps to change and improve the interpretation of texts.
As you can see in this blog comment section we have installed emoticons/similes. Well our thoughts are that you may want to know how to add these similes to your blog also.
Well this time we are going to share with our fellow bloggers how to install emoticons in the comment section of their blogger blog. I know you are all ready to begin, so let’s begin.
Warning: Always remember to backup your template before making any changes to it.
Steps involved in Adding Emoticons in Blogger Comments:

3. Next click on Edit HTML
4. Search for </head>
5. Copy the code below and place right before the </ head > tag
